Custom made Grandma bracelet. Created using birth month colors in swarovski crystals. Swarovski crystals will be in the 6MM & 4MM Bicone. Bracelet also comes with a sterling silver oval tag charm "Grandma" and it also comes with a sterling silver heart charm.
Please provide me with the following Birth Months: Grandma's Birth Month, then the birth months of each child or grandchild.
