How long until I receive my items?
you should receive your items within 7 to 10 days of placing your order this is excluding some of the Diva Jewels which will take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Bows normally take me around 2 days to make and then the required postage time from Australia Post.

Can I have my items sent by registered or express post?
Registered post will cost and extra $2.70 as per Australia post charges
Express post will be set at an additional $5.00

Do you sell wholesale to retailers?
Please email me with your business details and you will receive your bows at wholesale prices once I have confirmed your business details.

Do you give large order discounts?
Yes please contact me if you are placing a large order for a discount

Do you guarantee the quality of your bow and other items?
Yes I guarantee all of my items as I am a bit of a perfectionist. I have been making and selling bows for over a two year now. If you find any problem with your items they will be replaced up on me receiving the bows back.

I use several different types of clips...

double prong alligator clips

barrette clips
